maxwell is cold, aloof and dangerous. he will strike at you faster than a viper, and cutting your throat is second nature to him. he's vicious, a cold murderer, callous, uncaring and cruel. he rarely does any form of pleasant emotions, instead he is a wall of apathy and sneers, cutting comments and harsh laughs. he really isn't a nice guy.

maxwell holt was born to one of the wealthiest families imaginable, lord and lady holt, landowners, casino owners, home owners, shop owners. you name it, they had it. for their sons birth, they had a hotel built next to the school he would attend. oh yes, the holts already knew their son was going to be a star - no menial labour for their child would ever do. they taught him to be a ruthless businessman, suave and sophisticated. he knows body language, fifteen different languages, martial arts and even down to things like calligraphy. he is highly intelligent, calculating and manipulating. he can be your best ally or your worst enemy - the trick is to challenge him when it's not something serious and gain his respect, but back off when he gets that look in his eye that tells you it's not a good idea to argue with him.

he was accepted into the dahlia's on his first day of school, taking over when he was a mere sophomore. to put it quite simply, no one had ever been quite so ruthless as maxwell was. he took the club to new heights of riches and elitism, pulling off gambling scams, illegal drug trafficking and other such things which are really too barbaric to be mentioned. maxwell rules with an iron fist, but he's respected too. his temper makes people slightly wary of him, but he also carries an air of charm which can't be rivalled. if he chooses, he could seduce anyone he really wanted to. he's a bastard, but he's oh so good at it.
